A transplanted Midwesterner, Tom received his B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin and came to the New York metro area in 1981. He received a diploma in Computer Technology from New York University in 1988 and a M.S. in Information Technology from Pace University from 1991. The constant change and growth in information technology has taken him from Cobol programming on the mainframe to client server development in C++ and finally to Web technology development at Soft 21.
